President
Kit Espiritu-Jotie was born and raised in the insurance business by her father, Enrique Espiritu of Espiritu & Associates which was one of the pioneering agencies in Philippine American Life Insurance based in Manila, Philippines. After witnessing the life transformation of all the successful agents and managers under her dad’s leadership, Kit did not have second thoughts in joining the insurance industry. She decided to follow her father’s footsteps right after graduation from the Ateneo University-Manila, Philippines earning a degree of B.A. Major in Psychology.
With Kit’s firsthand lessons from her dad and her educational background in Psychology, she found her passion in recruiting and developing insurance advisors. This has earned her numerous leadership awards that gave her the opportunity to qualify for major travel incentives around the world.
With over 30 years in the Insurance Industry, Kit has influenced countless of lives through providing tailored solutions to her clients as a personal producer and as an outstanding leader.
Kit, who is an avid student of John Maxwell’s Leadership Principles, leads our organization through Mastermind groups, coaching, mentorship programs and intensive sales trainings. To ensure that she is able to help her team to grow and reach their highest potential, Kit who is also Certified Business Coach continues to do individual coaching sessions with her team members.
Kit has made it her mission to do whatever it takes to be a transformational mentor in
her industry and community.
Vice President of Operations
Being in the financial service industry for over 8 years, Noreene brings extensive experience into her position in all areas of broker support from licensing, contracting, monitoring of sales and overall office operations.
Her many years of experience in customer service prior to joining the industry has also made her an effective interpersonal communicator. Her strong interpersonal skills have helped our company establish outstanding relationship with the organizations whom we do business with.
She has always been passionate in extending her assistance to every EEF broker, leader and staff. Her role is to continuously assist in developing incentive programs as well as in designing strategies on how to best support the team on its continued growth this 2022 and in the coming years ahead.
Noreene has been instrumental to the birth and the growth of the company.
Learning and Development Director
Cel has graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with, Major in Marketing Management. Prior to joining the financial and coaching world, she has extensive knowledge and experience in sales and marketing for over 20 years holding positions in multinational companies in various industries.
Cel was also a guest speaker in one of the broadcasts of Advisorist, an elite training and education company supporting insurance, financial & tax advisors worldwide, where she was asked to narrate her story and strategies. She shared the virtual stage with industry leaders Tom Hegna and Jeremiah Desmarais.
Cel is a proud mother to her one and only “love of her life”, Gerri.
Cel has been in the financial advisory services for 10 years with LLQP certification. She is an active member of Advocis, the Financial Advisors Association of Canada

Cathleen Basco’s initial career was in Human Resources industry as a Head Hunter & Trainor for International & Crown Corporations. She started in the Financial & Insurance industry as a part-time Financial Administrator.
In 2010, she got a license as a Life Insurance Professional representing multiple carriers and after which, joined a brokerage full-time.
She received multiple awards for Top Monthly Earner/Producer in 2010, 2011, 2011 and was a recipient of one of the Business Builder Award in 2011 and 2012.
She moved to Sun Life where she gained back her leadership experience and allowed her to be a recipient of Top Financial Center Builder Award across Canada in 2016. She is a proud and dedicated mother of two, an evolving and growing entrepreneur, an LLQP Coach, and a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Renee Lefebvre is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Simon Fraser University. New to the insurance industry, but eager to learn and use her accomplished skills in writing and graphic design to contribute to EEF’s success.
She has several years of customer service experience, connecting with people of all different cultures and backgrounds. She is driven by her passion to learn and help others. And she strongly believes in EEF’s promise to aid clients in achieving their financial goals.

Mercedes is a graduate of Bachelor Degree in Commerce major in Accounting. She has been in the financial service industry for almost 17 years. She has proven that this traditionally pressure laden sales business can be done in a caring and compassionate way.
This is what Mercedes continues to pass on to her current team; making her EEF’s consistent Top Leader of the Year.
Mercedes has been qualified to several conferences in Canada, USA, Mexico and Europe. She is also an active member of PICPA, Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant, Vancouver Chapter.

Annalisa is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Management in Ateneo de Naga University Philippines. She has been in the financial industry for 16 years and has been a consistent Las Vegas Conference qualifier and CPB producer at IA.
Her passion to serve continues to emanate in her work as well as in her relationship with her growing team. This highly driven lady is definitely the leader to watch out for.
